• For permanent berths – a signed and approved application and insurance is required
• Additional visitor rates will be applied to inner marina berth holders staying in the outer marina for more than 2 tides unless prevented from moving by severe weather

• Resident at least six months operational or non-operational
• Vessels over 15 GRT – ZO VAT
• Vessels under 14.99 GRT – SR VAT
• Includes fish landings

Per metre of length per annum – vessels under 14.99 GRT (inc VAT) – £286.52

Per metre of length per annum – vessels over 15 GRT – £238.77

Tourist and Angling vessels

• These charges are split 25% Harbour Dues and 75% Berthing Dues
• Licenced to ply for Hire on receipt of RAMS and insurance
• Resident at least 6 month resident
