Ramsgate Royal Harbour Marina terms and conditions. Thanet District Council schedule of fees and charges are applicable from 1 April to 31 March inclusive.

In particular, please note Clause 1.3.6: Vacating The Owner is required to give 28 days’ written notice to the Council before vacating the berth. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.

For Angling/Tourist vessels, the following conditions specifically:

A licence is to be granted for the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers within Ramsgate Royal Harbour for a period of one year starting on 1st April of each year, after;

Payment of an administration fee, as per the current fees and charges
Receipt of a signed copy of the licence document which will be sent on confirmation of berth availability
Proof of vessel meeting appropriate coding
Receipt of all risk assessments and method statements relevant to vessel operation
Proof of your current insurance meeting the criteria stated within the licence. (Minimum £5 million third party cover, and the policy clearly states the total number of passengers the vessel is insured to carry.
